Three interview process - first phone interview with managers and group leads; second 1:1 on-site interview with R&D scientist; - third on-site interview with manager and director.
Interview is fluent and under friendly environment. Questions are reasonable and they respect your answers by giving you time to express your points. They value not only technical skills but also personality and communication skills.
