Horrible experience. Utter disrespect of candidates. I would have walked out of the interview if I didn’t have to be reimbursed for expenses. Reimbursement took two months! Flown into Houston only to have Skype interviews. Shocking that directors in a small company do not know the difference between upstream and downstream.
