Applied online through LinkedIn and received a phone call about a week or two later asking if I was still interested. After stating that I was interested they setup a video call interview with a few members of the team, hiring manager, and team lead. A few days later I was invited for an on-site final interview and visit. They paid for my flight and hotel and reimbursed other costs that were associated. During the on-site interview I was required to tell the team a little about myself and my experiences through a presentation for 30 min. Afterwards they asked me all sorts of questions regarding personal and professional subjects. After that I was given a tour of the facility and taken to lunch. After lunch, the team lead took me around the facility to give me some history about the company. He had been with Kratos for over 40 years. After the history lesson I had a couple of one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager and future teammate.
