Interview
Incredibly casual interview. Manager said they he hated doing interviews because all the questions are rubbish and he just needs people who are fit for the job to replace the team members leaving. He said it's "just a doughnut shop" and not very deep and that it's the easiest job in the world! I couldn't hear him too well because we were in the middle of a busy shopping centre but I thought I did alright. I never heard back though even after emailing for feedback on my performance.
It all went so smoothly and was surprisingly easy. Everything just fell into place without any hiccups, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Really nice experience overall!
It was fine and did not take very long. The manager was eager to hire and seemed like a nice atmosphere to work. The lady I met with did ask for some references
