Interview
Phone call followed by an interview at the factory. The interview involved doing a half an hour hands on session. I got shown how to put custard in the donuts and dip donuts in chocolate. I then had to perform this task for about 15 minutes before finishing my interview with a short discussion about how it went. Overall, the interview was pretty easy, it consisted of a few questions and just showing you what the job entails.

Applied for job online, received email a week later inviting me to an interview. Interview 2 days later, very easy! Only asked a few questions and told about hours I would be working if I got the job. Interview lasted about 10 minutes. I was told to come back the next day for a 2 hour trial.

Interview
After filling out an on line form and answering some questions, I was contacted by one of the managers to come to an assessment day. The day basically is an informal fun activity based assessment, where you are judged on working with people and perhaps communication. We did jigsaw puzzles.
