Group interview followed by a one to one providing that you passed the group interview first. Group interview did the standard group interview things that involve group exercises and understanding how you interact with people. The one to one interview had your standard questions and lasted about 15 minutes in total. They were looking for someone that has some brains to them but not enough that they think too much for themselves and can easily be moulded to suit the company.

It was in person at their corporate offices. It was a simple process where the recruiter looked at your resume and you answered the generic interview questions. I got hired on the spot.
manager was really nice and made it easy for me to have a interview with him. The staff members was also really nice and bubbly by reassuring me that things will go well.

I spoke with the manager and he asked about my ability to work with others, lift items, and if I could work an 8 hour shift. It was a positive interview overall and he was good about asking me questions and answering any questions I had.
