it was a group interview and the session lasted 3 hours. we had to design our own donuts, tell the interviewer what we thought good customer service was, and answer questions about krispy kreme. in the end we got separated into 2 groups and we were told who got the interview and who didn't. i got an interview and it took place within the next hour so be prepared! everyone was really friendly and overall it was a really good experience. my advice would be to make sure the interviewer notices you- stand out from the crowd of 10 other people. make sure you contribute, and are chatty.

I filled out the questions online and got a response the next day. I was then asked if I could come in some time during the week. I gave a time and date and went to my nearest krispy kreme store where I was greeted by the regional manager and I did my interview.

They will initially look at your cv, and go through previous experience. They will ask what your favourite doughnut is; your strengths and weaknesses and a time you worked as a group. You may also be asked to do a trial shift on the day serving customers.

Very relaxed and easygoing vibe. Nice manager and made me feel comfortable. Lasted about 15 minutes, just asking questions about you and how you'd get along with the team members.
