Was invited to a individual interview. Manager just went over some basic questions and told me about the company. I was then asked to go behind the counter and serve a couple of customers to see how confident I was.

spoke to the shop manager in the seating area. very casual interview, lasted for only 15 minutes. manager was a bit unprofessional. The questions were random and unrelated to the job. Communication was confusing, and there was no clear outline of expectations. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and disorganised.

The interview process was very lengthy and it took a lot of time activities were done which was not that necessary for the role and questions were asking like why you want to work here
