After you pass simple documents examining, which I hadn't felt was difficult, they give you an actual interview. Four candidates will be given the interview at the same time, and the whole interview will proceed for about 30 minutes. I guess they, like other Store Manager employers, do want someone who are experienced in customer service, either part-time or full-time.
