Invited to a two hour interview event at a hotel where you did some group introductions, group activities and then one to one interviews and a free donut. Probably the best interview experience I have ever had, gutted not to have been offered a job.
Questions about past experiences and about shift availability. The session lasted about 15 minutes between customers who were trying to order at the register. The interviewer was polite once we sat down at the table for the interview.
They were very nice and the interview was pretty straight forward. Asked about my experience and some hypothetical questions. They asked some behavioral questions as well - like my strengths and weaknesses.
