slow and not very in-depth into what they where asking for according to their advertisement for the job. the people where very nice if not a little unexperienced in what they where doing my guess is they hadn't been there that long
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Krispy Kreme (Manchester, England) in Aug 2019

Interview
Initially I applied through Indeed, sent my cv then answered a few basic questions. I was then invited to the assessment day (where I could choose a time and day from the list), I attended the assessment day which was super relaxed (the key thing in this assessment day is they want to see how much you stand out and make sure you're always contributing and not being quiet, confidence is key), there was a very short/casual 1 on 1 interview at the end but don't worry and be confident. I was emailed a few hours later saying that I have been offered a position and they will call me in the next few days (even though I will say they said they would call if you are offered and email if you are rejected)
