I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kubota (Tokyo) in Jan 2020
Interview
Interview process on time whenever online by zoom, kind interviewer and simple questions. It's very good feedback of the interview process, it's a very good company and well transparant recruitment process
Interview with multiple heads of departments helped me feel as if this was not a decision they were taking lightly. Questions were relevant to the field and position. Relaxed atmosphere was maintained during the process despite being significantly outnumbered by interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time when you worked with others towards a solution and how you made your final design decision.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kubota (Gainesville, GA) in Apr 2012
Interview
Resume submittal-phone interview with hr-onsite interview with upper management. The onsite interview consisted of a walk around a different department than where I was being hired for. It gave me very little opportunity to gauge the type of people and equipment I would be working with. For the type of work, the pay seemed low, and the type of work was not interesting enough.
