The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kubota (Bothell, WA)
Interview
The first round was mainly the technical questions. They asked a couple of questions about wastewater treatment, membranes, and project management. Then they asked more questions about my current and previous jobs. They were very respectful. Inter view went smoothly.
The internal HR recruiter found me on LinkedIn. We had a good call. The following week I had an interview with the hiring manager. I felt the interview went well. I was completely ghosted by this company. So rude and very unprofessional, when candidates take time out of their day to prep and speak to you. At least have the decency to send rejection letters to those whose candidacy you decide not to move forward with.
