I interviewed with Kubota and completed two rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
The first interview was a 30 minute phone call with recruiter and that went well. However, during the second virtual team interview, there were technical difficulties on the hiring manager’s end. I completely understand that technology issues happen, but the interviewer appeared visibly frustrated, which made the conversations feel awkward and affected the overall atmosphere.
What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. I was told I would hear back regarding next steps, but I never received any communication. Even a brief update or rejection email would have been appreciated after investing time in multiple interviews.
