Schneller Ablauf des ganzen Prozess: online Bewerbung auf der Homepage, dann kam nach eine Weile einen Anruf vom HR, um einen Termin für Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Fachbereichsleiter zu vereinbaren. Die Vorstellung befindet sich vor Ort, dauerte ca. 1 Stunde. Eine Woche danach kam das Ergebnis und der Vertrag folgte 3 Tage später.
Jag hade en mycket dålig upplevelse med ledningen. Den verkade vara relativt ny, utan en tydlig struktur eller väl definierade mål för teamets utveckling. Ledarskapsförmåga och personliga färdigheter saknades eller var tydligt underutvecklade, vilket påverkade arbetsmiljön negativt. Baserat på min erfarenhet skulle jag inte rekommendera detta företag till andra.
