I was called 3 days after I applied for the position on the jobs website. We arranged for the interview the next day. There is a lot of candidates and the interview lasts no more than 20 minutes. There was the recruiter and two managers from the departments that were hiring. Recruiter introduced the company and the job role and asked some generic question in the beginning and the managers took over quickly afterwards. I did most of the talking, explained my answers in detail and they generally liked the explanations. The general feeling was OK, they were pleasant and professional.
