First interview with HR only, basic questions, going trough former positions and employers. Had to fill out a form with more or less same details, and also have some certificate from all former companies. Second interview with HR and hiring manager, more discussion about the role and questions related the role from both sides, why I was a good candidate, examples from previous career and open discussion of the role.
