Straightforward interview at job base office, half technical, half competencies. Very well conducted interview, felt very at ease and they tried to get the best answers from me when I was falling short and were prepared to carry questions over from one person to the other. Post interview feedback was a massive shock - 20 minutes of phone feedback that was really helpful to understand why I didn't get through to the next stage and how I could have done better.
