First I had a phone interview with a HR woman and almost one month later I was invited to an interview with the managers. Before getting the result of the interview, I gave up this position because I got an offer from another company.
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
