Interview
You give them an email, then they ask for your transcript and resume. Once they receive that, they'll ask for the highest level of math you've taken. Once all of that's clear, they'll request an interview (most likely before work hours).

Interview
It was short and very informal in terms of having to dress up and sit down for an interview. I simply took a test to assess my skills in math and reading and then spoke to the manager regarding my prior experiences and schedule availability.
