Asked a few questions about myself, then asked me to solve a few mathematical problems. Asked me a few questions regarding what i would do in certain situations if i were in them. If i answered badly then they probably wouldn't have given me the job

What skills do you have that make you suited for the job
1 on 1 discussing past experience especially working with kids, tutoring, communication styles, hypothetical situations with your students. They also have you take a test to see where you should be placed
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.
