No interview, I was hired right away by recommendation. This is dependant on location because our location was hiring by recommendation only. Other locations will vary because our management was desperate for staff. This branch was constantly understaffed

Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
