The interview process was just coming in for a day to see how well you would work on a normal work day. For the day, they would ask us to grade papers that the students would turn in and to learn how to manage teaching the toddlers.
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
