Interview
i applied online about 3 days ago and was called and emailed asking for a scheduled telephone interview 3 days later. the interview consisted of basic questions such as experience with children, why kumon.
Had to perform a basic math test and pass it to successfully get the role. It was a straightforward process that didn't require much preparation. The test was independent and didn't include any interviewing process.
Fill out basic behavioural and situational questions online and then there was a 1.5 hour training to assess how you perform on the job. Overall a pretty straightforward and easy process.
Easy to get accepted, Required to pass an elementary level math teston fractions and multiplication. Basic questions asked but nothing too hard and interviewer was very nice. If you would like to you can take a higher level math test
