-Handed in my resume in person
-Called in within a week
-asked why I wanted to work there
-Asked if I would be able to come at specific times, and be on time
-Asked if working with children was 'ok'
-After questions/skill test (they ask you to mark some homework sheets/tests), was told to give my references, and that they would get back to me soon
-A couple of days later got the job

-How would you deal with a child who is struggling with their homework?
one to one, easy process, normal questions, no need for any qualification, spm is minimum, friendly teacher and good experience. better if you're fluent in English, overall it is an easy interview .
Went in and they asked me why I want to work at Kumon. Asked me what background I have working with students and teaching. Smooth and quick overall process. Everyone is very nice and understanding.

There was basically no interview. They told me to come for a chat but by they only asked one question and while that question was being asked, the person was busy doing something else .
