Was asked about my education level, what kind of classes I took, and what level of math and english I am. Also just took a look at my resume. Asked a couple of questions about general education and hours.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kumon (Mission Viejo, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Received an employment offer and organized a start date, to which the director said she would contact me about. Never received any contact, I had to call the store the day of my start date, to which she said the job was filled by another candidate. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional, I would not recommend this location.
I called before asking if they had openings. I got an interview date and time on the spot. At the interview, basic demographic questions and a math test which was timed. Whatever score you get determines your math knowledge and how well you apply it in a fast-paced work environment.
