I talked to the manger over the phone and we agreed on a date for the interview. After the interview the manager did my background check. Once that was done I was asked to come in and observe the class and also to do job shadowing. Before starting I also got an orientation on how to help the children with the worksheets and also to correct the worksheets.

Asked me questions about me, what i like, 3 words to describe me and more about my self that they thought was important for them to know. It wasn’t that bad but it also depends on the person intervening you.
Chill, asks background maths and English then do a trial the same day. Quite easy to get especially if you are a recent high school graduate or university student. Trial is simple and questions were simple to answer
