Interviewer asked a couple questions, went through my resume with me, and then informed me about job description and responsibilities. Usually have to take a proficiency test to see that you are capable to tutor students but didn't have to since I was a former Kumon student. Ended up being offered a teaching assistant position instead on same day.

Interview
Simple. Just went in, took a basic arithmetic test and a reading comprehension test. They looked for how fast you complete and how you solve the math problems. Really easy, just brush up on long division and multiplication.
