Kumon Teaching Assistant interview questions

Very easygoing interview process. I applied online and received a call a few days later asking to meet in person for an interview. The employer himself was very friendly and explained the key responsibilities clearly.

There was no interview at all. I was a student at Kumon Learning Center. After studying there for two years, I was offered the job as a teaching assistant. I needed to get a working permit from my school, but I was not interviewed for the position because they already knew I had the credentials.
