Very quick and casual interview. I was asked about my previous experience along with things like how well I do under stress or in teams. Then they explained what working there is like, and what their expectations were.

It was a simple and straight forward process. There was only one round of interview. I left my phone number and they called me 2 months later, scheduling an in-store interview the same week.

They asked me if I enjoyed talking to customers and helping them out.
I was asked to submit a interview video. After that, I was asked to come in for training. They said I wont get paid til I finish training because most ppl don't finish training. During training, you will be asked to memorize tons of drinks. After the training, you will be tested on the drinks. Then, that will determine if you get hired or not.
