I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kung Fu Tea (Frisco, TX) in May 2019
Interview
The interview was ver quick and easy, pretty much anyone with a decent resume can be hired. There are no drug tests, no IQ tests, no difficult questions (at least in my experience). It is a perfect job for teenagers with little to no experience working, the interview was super easy and laid back.
Didn't realize I was going into a interview panel. But they were all very nice and welcoming. Basically you had to memorize a bunch of drinks they gave you in a packet.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kung Fu Tea (Wichita, KS)
Interview
It was a simple and straight forward process. There was only one round of interview. I left my phone number and they called me 2 months later, scheduling an in-store interview the same week.

Question 1
They asked me if I enjoyed talking to customers and helping them out.
I was asked to submit a interview video. After that, I was asked to come in for training. They said I wont get paid til I finish training because most ppl don't finish training. During training, you will be asked to memorize tons of drinks. After the training, you will be tested on the drinks. Then, that will determine if you get hired or not.
