Interview
They screen you via email first, by reaching out to you to let you know they're interested in you. Next step is a phone interview which is roughly around 20-30 min. They'll ask about any previous job experiences, especially in the food industry. Then its an in-person interview.
Easy and pretty quick, make sure you focus on customer service and memorize stuff. Because you will need to memorize around 40 drinks. Some have template some does not. They will ask about overall customer service and behavioral question.
