Only got to 2 rounds before getting ghosted. 1st phone screen the recruiter was actually very understanding and had technical issues but overall the conversation was pleasant. 2nd round with the hiring manager seemed fine and they told me it would take up to 2 weeks for a response on the next round. It's been at the 2 week mark and I've also attempted to follow up with the recruiter at least twice. No responses so far. The ghosting is unprofessional and it seems there are others in different positions that have had the same experience. A shame really, I was excited otherwise.
