Kyndryl found me on LinkedIn and they contacted me. I was not searching for a new job at the time and I told them. They shared a salary range, which was quite appealing, so I decided to consider the position and started to talk to them. I got a positive feedback from the interview and they told me I am a perfect fit for the role. But later they shared a job offer with me which was only 70% of the initially shared and discussed salary range and actually lower than my current salary. They also refused to negotiate and told me that this was their final offer. If they told me in the beginning, I wouldnt be talking to them at all. I find this not being a professional behavior.
