The interview process was very concise and well-organized. I first applied for the position through LinkedIn. Shortly after, I received an email asking me to answer a few more questions: strengths, weaknesses, goals, etc. A couple days after responding to that email answering all the questions, I received a call describing the role to me a bit more in depth, asking me a few HR questions (expected comp, any upcoming travel plans, etc). From that call, I gave a list of times I’d be available for a brief zoom interview. The zoom call was scheduled for the next week. In that call, I was asked pretty standard questions: past work experience, why I’m interested in kyndryl, any projects I’ve worked on that I am passionate about. I was also given a very detailed explanation of what my position would entail and given a chance to respond to how I think I would be able to perform each responsibility. Following this interview, there were no further interviews, and I was given an offer within 2 weeks.
