They descriminated deliberately since I am on dependent Visa and cant continue working after 2 years. They didn't give an offer siting this reason. Didn't expect this from a company like Kyndryl and probably I am hearing this for the first time that a company denies (they said they are impressed with my performance in first level interview) next round of interview based on visa status.
