First of all, the process took more than 8 months from the time of first touch point to final interview; and during these 8 months, there were only two interviews and one assignment.
The second interview was a peer interview, wherein an archaic mindset HR professional interviewed me, someone from consulting and transformation background on labor laws; and this was not even the ask from the role - it being a vanilla HRBP role.
I lost respect and interest, both in the organization and its people. As an interviewer you should ask questions that are relevant to the role and past experience of the candidate. It seems she was sitting there half-heartedly to find reasons to reject and to later select someone which matched (or rather stooped) to he "intellect" (or rather the lack of it).
