I interviewed with a manager at Kyndryl’s Athens office. After the interview, I received a job offer. Although I had another offer from a different company, I initially chose not to accept Kyndryl’s offer. A week later, the manager called me again and offered a pre-bonus, which made me reconsider, and I accepted the offer, pending final approval from management. I explained that I needed a decision within 3-4 days, and he assured me that he would get back to me within 2 days. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up call or communication from the manager, which I found unprofessional and disappointing. Thankfully, I didn’t reject the other company’s offer, because otherwise I would have been left unemployed due to Kyndryl’s lack of communication
