Interview
Slow. Had a phone screen on a Saturday 2 weeks after applying. Invited for onsite interview 2 weeks later. A third panel interview 2 weeks after that, and was told there would be a 4th interview sometime in the next month. In the meantime I was offered and accepted another job.

They asked many technical questions from a list; looking for specific knowledge of CA and Federal labor laws

Interview
Applied through a job board, got a message from recruiter followed by calendar request for the interview & this is where drama started. I joined the call & after waiting for 10 mins I messaged the recruiter, got a response that she forgot about the interview & wants to reschedule for later this week. I thought ok lets give it another shot, I replied with availability for later date & from then 3 weeks now & absolutely no response. Not sure if this is how this company works or the recruiter but overall this is a big warning sign for me.
