I recently went through a job interview process with Kyocera (KBA Docusys) that left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. My overall experience was nothing short of unprofessional and disrespectful. I endured a four-round interview process, investing my time, energy, and resources to make it to their on-site location on the other side of the bay. During the interviews, they assured me that I would receive an answer the very next day, which gave me hope for a positive outcome. However, my optimism quickly turned into frustration when three business days passed, and I heard absolutely nothing from Kyocera. I took the initiative to follow up, but even after a week had gone by, I was met with silence. The lack of communication was not only inconsiderate but also reflected a complete disregard for the time and effort I had invested in the interview process. What was particularly disheartening was that instead of having the decency to reach out to me personally, they chose to repost the job vacancy. This action felt like a slap in the face after my sincere efforts and commitment to the interview process. I expected a basic level of professionalism and respect from a company like Kyocera, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by their blatant disregard for candidates and their time. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's culture and values. I would strongly caution anyone considering an interview with Kyocera (KBA Docusys) to be prepared for potential disappointment and a lack of professionalism in their hiring process. My experience has left me with a negative impression of this organization, and I would advise others to think twice before investing their time and energy in pursuing opportunities with them.
