Very disorganized. Surprise call from an internal recruiter months after applying with the expectation that you are not only available for a surprise interview, but remember details of the job description. The interview itself was mostly the interviewer talking about the department but was very vague of the job itself. After two rounds not only was I ghosted but I realized my emails bounced back after sending a thank you message to the interviewer. Highly disorganized and unprofessional.
