I applied through a vendor, and the interview was average. They took 3 weeks to give feedback, and after the vendor's oral confirmation that I had received a job, I was ghosted, saying, "We have not received a response from Kyocera, and project approvals are pending." It has been more than a month, and still no response. They have not rejected me, and the project did not go on hold. They are saying only approvals are pending. Very frustrated with the process.
