Thank you for your feedback. We know the pulse of the applicant and do not put them through unnecessary interview rounds. Keeping in mind candidate’s current employment situation we have a structured approach to our interview process. We have two levels of interview for candidate with less than 2 years’ experience. Candidate between 2 to 7 years of experience will have 3 levels of interview i.e., sourcing test, Interview with HR, Interview with Director. Only when candidate is more than 7 years of experience we have an additional round with Accounts Manager or CEO. This is regular across the industry and we follow that.
However, we would really appreciate if the reviewer provides us with a date of the interview so we can go ahead and do more research. Again , if interview happened in Jan’2016 we expected you could have shared feedback soon after joining and not after 1.5 years.
