I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L.L. Bean (Freeport, ME) in May 2008
Interview
The interview process was long and painful because there were so many applicants for the internally posted position. Between each segment of the interview process there were long waits with no communication and I found that to be frustrating. The panel that interviewed me for the position were very intimidating. After the last interview I waited for three weeks before hearing anything about the position.
