Interview
The interview was in a group setting with about 5 people and 2 interviewers. We were asked to preform a transaction on the register, answer basic interview questions, set up a tent, and sell a random item to one of the interviewers. After this they sent home people they decided not to hire. The process was easy and relaxed and everyone was extremely friendly and encouraging.
Mine was a group interview. You go around the circle and answer basic questions focused on your experiences and activities in the outdoors. Very simple. Took less than 30 minutes. Friendly group leader made the time go by quickly.
Started with a call and then a group interview with easy quick questions about yourself and experience followed with pretend sales examples using their own products to see how you hold a conversation and explain their products.
