Group interview. We had to set up a tent together. We also had to pretend like we were selling items to a customer. We also had to use a cash register.
Mine was a group interview. You go around the circle and answer basic questions focused on your experiences and activities in the outdoors. Very simple. Took less than 30 minutes. Friendly group leader made the time go by quickly.
