L.L. Bean interview questions

basic questions about what do you feel customer service is, tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer, how did you deal with a conflict in a previous job.

I got a phone call from their headquarters telling me that an interview was requested. I met a panel of managers working at the store I applied at. It was a group interview about 4 managers to 14 candidates. Managers asked questions regarding the brand, outdoor activities, etc. No formal structure, answered at your own discretion.
