I applied online through a 3rd party job listings aggregator, and then followed up with a contact who knew someone on staff. After a week, I got a phone call fr HR and had an initial phone screening followed by in person interviews with 3 senior staff. Then there were a few follow up calls with the manager to whom the position would report and finally a couple back and forth calls negotiating the offer.
