Interview
First you have an assessment center with other candidates, where you have to an innovation you thought about. You also have to work in group and manager are here to look how you behave and participate in the group discussions.
If you are selected, you have an interview with a manager, and after that with his/her boss, and finally you get the answer.
The total process took about 2 months.
One interview, the interviewer had her camera off the whole time which contributed to the overall negative interview experience. I was not comfortable but the interview questions were not at all difficult.
