Assessment center en groupe de 5 avec 3 étapes : 1) se présenter soi-même à partir d'une image choisie parmi une vaste sélection; 2) négociation avec les autres participants à partir d'un budget donné et de produits ou projets attribués à chacun avec une marque spécifique du groupe; 3) invention d'un produit ou d'une solution innovante à partir d'une gamme ou d'un produit donné. L'étape de l'assessment center n'est pas désagréable car le candidat n'est pas en compétition avec les autres candidats. Dernière étape d'entretien avec l'équipe du stage.
